vdaEXP will complete a detailed property profile regarding outstanding violations according to the NYC Department of Buildings Information System (BIS).
Some violations may include the following:
- Failure to File Category 1 and or 5 tests
- Failure to File Affirmation of Corrections
- PVT Violations (Violations issued by a third party during routine inspections and can be hazardous or non- hazardous)
- ECB Violations (Violations that are issued by The Environmental Control Board and may require OATH hearing)
- Hazardous Conditions
- Local Law
vdaEXP will compile all necessary documentation including:
- Review Documentation showing the removal of such violations that was outlined from the letter containing recommendations.
- Provide a letter documenting to customer proof of removal.
- Detail our findings and any applicable recommendations.
