vdaEXP will Identify most Outstanding Penalties by requesting necessary documents and forms.  These penalties may include the following violations:

• Failure to File Category 1 and/or 5
• Failure to File Affirmation of Corrections
• Hazardous Conditions
• ECB Penalties issued by The Department of Finance

vdaEXP will help navigate through these penalties, identifying Violations that require partial penalties, and require proof of late filing paperwork from the maintenance company or witness testing.  Documentation will be provided to customer for proof of removal.
