vdaEXP is led by Jamie Castellano. Jamie and her staff bring more than 50 years of experience on Dealing with and Navigating through the NYC Bureaucracy process. They understand where to go, and what is needed to accomplish the process fast and thoroughly.
We have experience working with both Major Contractors, Witness Testing Companies, as well as providing Expediting Services throughout the New York Metropolitan Tri-State Region. Our clients include Fujitec, Otis, ThyssenKrupp, Elevator Enterprise, DASNY, Boston Property Group, DURST, Greystar, Columbia Property Trust, and many more. vdaEXP is available to provide our Expediting Services for Residential and Commercial Properties, throughout NYC, Connecticut, and NJ.
